Do I need my parent's permission to have an abortion?
If you are under 18, Arizona law requires to have the permission of a parent, legal guardian, or a superior court judge in order to have an abortion.  The parental consent forms and instructions are available in our office or you may visit the Arizona Supreme Court website.
